I placed my order . What happens next?
You will immediately receive an email or text message stating your order has been confirmed. You will also be notified when your order has been shipped and will receive another email or text with your tracking number.
What is the current processing time?
As of JANUARY 9, 2020 our standard processing and handling time is 3-5 business days. Most orders will ship before this time . But it could take up to 5 business day for the order to be processed. Due to high demand shopping times, (HOLIDAYS, BFCM, high promotion, etc)
PLEASE REMEMBER BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. Once the order is processed.
THEN the order is shipped out. And normally takes 2- 4 days to arrival in your mail box via USPS📫.
What if I want to check the status of my order?
If no tracking number is available, please contact us via email. Once you’ve received your tracking number you can track your order by usps.com
What happens if my item is shipped to the wrong address?
If the order is shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error. Customer is responsible for any additional fees that my occur to re-ship order. If error is on our end we will gladly replace items. We are not reliable for lost/stolen packages. Please contact usps regarding that matter. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship Worldwide.
Can I cancel my order at anytime?
No, once the order is received we do not allow any cancellation or refunds.

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.
If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.
